Cocoa spans a wide range: the historic brick streets and courtyard gardens of Cocoa Village, mid-century neighborhoods along the river, and large, wooded lots out toward Port St. John and west Cocoa.
That range means we quote very different projects in the same week: a compact courtyard restoration downtown, trimming and fence repair on an acre out west, and a full landscape renovation on a riverfront lot in between.

What we plan around in Cocoa
| Historic village character | Downtown work should feel true to the period: brick, shell, and restrained planting. |
|---|---|
| Large wooded western lots | Out here, cutting back overgrowth, taking out deadwood and keeping clean edges matter more than ornamental detail. |
| Riverfront soil and wind | Indian River lots take brackish wind. Plant palettes shift toward tolerant natives. |
Questions we get in Cocoa
Do you serve Port St. John and west Cocoa?
Yes. 32922, 32926 and 32927 are all in our service area, including the larger wooded lots out toward Canaveral Groves.
Can you design something that fits Cocoa Village?
That's our preference downtown. Brick, shell aggregate, courtyard layouts and restrained planting fit the village far better than a suburban package.
Can you get an overgrown yard back under control?
Yes. We cut back overgrown shrubs and hedges, take out deadwood, mow and edge, then lay sod, plant natives or mulch, depending on how you plan to use the space.
