What's included
| New pool cages | A screened aluminum enclosure over the pool and deck, sized to the pool and the roofline. |
|---|---|
| Screen rooms, porches and lanais | Screen in a covered porch or lanai so it is usable in every season. |
| Garage screen enclosures | A screen across the garage opening, so the door can stay up without letting the bugs in. |
| Full re-screen | New screen on every panel of an existing cage or room when the old material has aged out. |
| Panel replacement | Remove the damaged screen, re-spline and install new material in the existing frame. |
Screen options
| Standard screen | The right choice for most panels. Good airflow and a clear view. |
|---|---|
| No-see-um mesh | A finer weave that keeps out the smallest biting bugs near water and marsh. |
| Privacy screen | A denser screen for the panels that face a neighbor or the street. |
“We recently had our garage screen enclosure done by Xtreme Scapes and are extremely happy with the results.
From the first measurement I worked directly with the owner, Eric, and he was hands-on, attentive to details about all the options available. The end result is amazing. Looks fantastic and functions great.
Highly recommend.”
How the job runs
Free on-site estimate
We measure the pool, porch or opening, look at the existing structure, and give you a written estimate.
Pick the layout and screen
We go over the shape, the doors and the screen for each side.
Permit
New enclosures and frame repairs need a building permit. We pull it before work starts.
Build or re-screen
Frame installed and screened, or new screen in your existing frame. Old material hauled away.
Walk-through
We walk the finished enclosure with you and check every door and panel.
Florida is hard on yards
- A pool you skim more than you swim
- Without a cage, leaves, bugs and pollen land in the water every day.
- A porch you can't use at dusk
- Mosquitoes and no-see-ums take over an open porch or lanai by evening.
- Screen that has gone brittle
- Florida sun breaks down screen over time. Faded, brittle screen tears at a touch.
- Storm damage
- A summer squall or tropical storm can blow out several panels at once.
Screen Enclosures & Pool Cages questions
How much does a pool screen enclosure cost?
It depends on the size of the pool and deck, the roof shape and the screen you pick. We measure and give you a written estimate at no cost.
Do I need a permit for a screen enclosure in Brevard County?
Yes for a new enclosure or pool cage, and for repairing or replacing the aluminum frame. We check with your city or the county and pull the permit before work starts.
Can you re-screen my existing pool cage?
Yes. We re-screen single panels or the whole cage, and replace the spline and any torn screen.
Do you build garage screen enclosures?
Yes. We screen garage openings and front porches as well as pools and lanais.
What kind of screen should I use?
Standard screen works for most panels. No-see-um mesh is finer and keeps out the smallest bugs. Privacy screen is denser and works well on panels facing a neighbor.
