This website is operated by Xtreme Scapes of Florida, Inc. ("Xtreme Scapes", "we"), 1735 Southland Ave, Melbourne, FL 32935. These terms apply to your use of this website and to our text messages.
Free estimates
A free estimate costs nothing and does not commit you or us to anything. Price, scope and schedule are set only in a written proposal or contract you sign, and that document governs the work.
Google Maps
This site uses Google Maps features and content, including address suggestions on our estimate form and the map on our Contact page. Your use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current versions of the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Text messages
Program: Xtreme Scapes text messages. There are two kinds, and you get only the kind you check on our form:
- Estimate texts: confirming your request, setting up a visit and sending your estimate.
- Offer texts: follow-ups on your estimate, seasonal offers and service reminders.
How you join: by checking a text box on our estimate form, or on a sign-up form we send you. Consent is not a condition of buying anything.
- Who texts you:
- Xtreme Scapes, from our business texting number.
- How often:
- Message frequency varies.
- Cost:
- Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.
- To stop:
- Reply STOP to any text (END, CANCEL, QUIT and UNSUBSCRIBE also work). We send one text confirming you are unsubscribed and then no more. You can also call or email us to stop. To rejoin, reply START or check the box again.
- Help:
- Reply HELP, call (321) 508-5855 or email xtremescapesfl@gmail.com.
- Carriers:
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your number:
- You confirm the mobile number you give is yours or that you are allowed to use it. Tell us if it changes.
- Privacy:
- We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

The photos and text on this site belong to Xtreme Scapes or are used with permission. Do not copy them for commercial use without our written permission. Information on this site is general and may change; your written proposal controls.

These terms are governed by Florida law. Nothing in them limits a right you have under Florida law.
