“I would highly recommend, Dean and his crew did a, wonderful job at our home, they installed a beautiful paver patio and landscape around our property. We now hired them to mow and maintain on a weekly basis. we couldn't be happier.”

What it is not
Fertilizer or treatment. We do not apply fertilizer or treatments. That takes a licensed lawn and ornamental applicator.
Florida is hard on yards
- Turf that thins out by August
- St. Augustine cut too short in the summer heat browns out and opens the door to weeds. Mowing height does more for a Florida lawn than most people expect.
- Beds that lose their shape
- Brevard's growing season never really stops. Without regular edging and cleanup, beds blur into the lawn and shrubs swallow walkways.
- Crews that rush the job
- Scalped corners, clippings left on the drive, missed trimming along fences. A quick visit is not the same as a finished one.
- A schedule that ignores the season
- Grass grows fast from May to October and slows in winter. Your plan should follow that, not the other way around.

How often should my lawn be mowed in Florida?
Weekly during the growing season (roughly May through October) keeps St. Augustine and Zoysia healthy. Many yards can move to every other week in the cooler months.
Do you apply fertilizer or weed killer?
No. Our maintenance covers mowing, edging, trimming, bed care and mulch. If your lawn needs fertilizer or treatment, use a licensed lawn and ornamental applicator.
Do I need to be home for service?
No. As long as we can reach the yard and gates are unlocked, we can work while you are out.
