How the job runs
Free on-site estimate
We walk the fence line, measure, mark the gates, and give you a written estimate.
Pick the fence
We go over materials, heights, styles and colors.
Permit and HOA
We check whether your address needs a permit and pull it. If your HOA has to approve the fence, we give you the layout and materials to submit.
Install
We call Sunshine 811 before we dig, so the utility companies can mark their lines. Then we set the posts, hang the panels and gates, and clean up.
Walk-through
We walk the finished fence with you and check every gate.
Florida is hard on yards
- A yard that is not private
- A busy road, a close neighbor or a pool in plain view.
- Leaning after a storm
- Wind and soaked ground push fence sections over. Fixing the posts early saves the rest of the run.
- Rotted or broken pickets
- Florida humidity is hard on wood. A few bad boards make the whole fence look tired.
- Gates that drag
- Sagging gates stop latching and wear out their hinges.
Fence Installation & Repair questions
How much does a new fence cost?
It depends on the length, the material, the height and the number of gates. We measure and give you a written estimate at no cost.
Vinyl, aluminum or wood?
Vinyl gives the most privacy with the least upkeep. Aluminum keeps the view open and handles salt air well. Wood costs less up front but needs stain or paint and wears faster in our humidity.
Do you build pool fences?
Yes. We install aluminum and vinyl pool fences with self-closing, self-latching gates.
Can you repair my existing fence?
Yes. We fix leaning sections, broken pickets and rails, chain-link fabric and sagging gates.
Can you match my existing fence?
Usually. We match picket size and style as closely as the available materials allow.
