Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Xtreme Scapes of Florida, Inc. ("Xtreme Scapes," "we"). This policy explains what happens to information when you visit it.

What we collect

The site has no accounts or advertising pixels. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

Our estimate form

When you send our estimate form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email, the service you want, your town or street address and any project details. The form also sends how you found us: the page you first landed on, the site that sent you, and any ad-campaign tags in your link, such as UTM codes or a Google Ads click ID (gclid). If you check a text box, we also record the exact wording you agreed to, the time, your IP address and your browser type, as proof of your consent.

The form goes through our website host, Cloudflare, straight to our lead records at HighLevel; the website itself keeps no copy of what you wrote.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, the general location and device, and when someone taps our phone number, text link or email address. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and collects this through Google LLC; it does not give us your name or contact details. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. How Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Our Contact page shows a Google Maps map of the area we serve. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.

On our estimate form, the address field sends what you type to Google, along with your IP address, so Google can suggest addresses. Nothing is sent until you click into that field, and the form works without it. Google handles it under the Google Privacy Policy.

If you call, text or email us, or send our estimate form, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, phone number, address and details about your project. We use it to respond, prepare an estimate and do the work you ask for. If you ask us for an estimate or are our customer, we may also email you about our services, and every such email has a link to unsubscribe.

Text messages

We text you only if you check a text box on our estimate form, or sign up on a form we send you, and only about what that box says. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop, or HELP for help; you can also call or email us to stop. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, or when the law requires it. They include our scheduling and invoicing software, Jobber, and our marketing agency, Brevard Booked, which runs our lead and customer follow-up for us. Text-message consent is never shared with anyone except the companies that deliver our texts.

Brevard Booked keeps our lead and customer records and sends our emails and texts on HighLevel (LeadConnector). HighLevel's email runs on Mailgun, and HighLevel also names Twilio as a communication provider. Brevard Booked connects Jobber to HighLevel with Zapier, so a quote or a finished job updates your record, and its team uses Anthropic's Claude AI tools to work with our records. Brevard Booked and these providers may use your information only to provide that service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and customer records while we are working with you, and afterward only as long as we need them for warranty questions, taxes and legal records; then we delete them. We keep a record of your text-message consent and any request to stop for at least five years after our last text to you, so we can show we honored it. Google Analytics data is deleted after 14 months.

Other things to know

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Our site does not change how it works when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
