Florida is hard on yards

A patio too hot to use by noon
Full Florida sun turns an open patio into a place you only cross.
Rain that ends the cookout
An afternoon storm clears the yard in minutes.
Furniture that fades
Cushions and finishes break down fast in direct sun and rain.
An old cover that leaks or sags
Worn panels and loose fasteners let water through and look tired.

Patio Covers questions

How much does a patio cover cost?

It depends on the size, the roof panel and whether you want fans or lights. We measure and give you a written estimate at no cost.

Insulated or standard aluminum?

Insulated panels keep the space below cooler and cut the noise of rain on the roof. Standard aluminum costs less and still gives shade and rain cover.

Do I need a permit for a patio cover in Brevard County?

Yes. A new or replacement aluminum structure needs a building permit. We check with your city or the county and pull it before work starts.

Can you add a ceiling fan or lights?

Yes. We plan them into the cover, and an electrical subcontractor does the wiring.
